This is your charge: Create a safe learning environment! You do this by developing and implementing a set of policies and programs that set clear expectations of no alcohol use for students under the age of 21.

To this end, develop and support a strong underage and problem drinking prevention coalition or task force that includes a wide variety of representatives from both the campus and the community focused on addressing underage and problem drinking issues on and off campus. Provide structure to the coalition through a clear directive, realistic time frame and visible support.
